Distributors - Tips for searching Distributors
Whether you’re hoping to make your music available in record shops or digital music stores, or both, our Distributors section will help you get in touch with the right people to make this happen.
We recommend you start your search by focusing on those contacts who specialise in the style of music you’re making, although there are plenty who will welcome any genre. You can filter all Distributors listings by genre, we have over 185 to choose from.
You can also filter the Distributor listings by whether they provide physical (independent and high street record shops) or digital (the likes of iTunes, Spotify, Deezer etc) distribution.
What’s in a Distributor listing?
• Contact details
• Social media profiles (where applicable)
• Contact name(s)
• Genres they specialise in
• Where you can submit demos and what format they prefer to
receive
• What types of distribution they offer (physical or
digital)
