I 100% have already cancelled my subscription months ago when i realised this service didn't provide me with what i needed. I then noticed that i was still being charged and tried to cancel again - I have just realised the money is still coming out of my account. You should be ablet o see that i have not used your website at all in months, and that money has added up on my credit card that i now need to pay off in one chunk. Could you please refund me for this?
