Dear Sir/ Madam/
I am enquiring to find out whether submissions for Spotlight must be songs that have already been released, or if it is possible to submit a song in advance to its release?

Thanks for getting in touch. They can be either - already released
(although probably best if this has been relatively recently) or prior to
release.
