I was wondering if you could help me.

I helped a singer songwriter sign up to your website last year and put the years contract on my credit card.

Earlier this year I stopped playing with Carrie and she doesn't use your site as she struggles with computers. We haven't used it in ages and I 100% didn't want to renew the contract. This automatically renewed the other day taking £30 out of my account.

I know this is not your fault but is there any way I can claim back the money and we can cancel the account straight away?
