Pages not loading
Hi,
I have been trying to get information from the unsigned guide site for the last two days but it seems to be having serious issues loading any page information. It will work for small patches of time but then it just get stuck on the loading sign. If I try and refresh or reload I get the same issue. This has made finding booking agents or managers info really difficult and time consuming. It is not my Internet as I can load other pages such as YouTube without issue. Can you advise if you are running site maintenance or if there are any browser compatibility issues you are aware of that might be causing this.

Hi Laurence,
Thanks for letting us know about this. We are not running any site
maintenance at the moment, and this is the first report we've had of any
issues with pages loading. Please can you confirm what browser you are
using? And whether you are on Mac or PC?

Hey Louise,
I have tried using safari and it seems to work much better so there may be some compatibility issues with Google Chrome that might be worth looking into.

Thanks Laurence, I have reported this with our tech team anyway so we'll
take a look, but glad to hear that hopefully you can work ok in Chrome for
the meantime.

Hi Laurence,
Just to let you know that, after quite a lot of tinkering, our tech team
have got to the bottom of the problem and things should be working fine
now. I've also been testing in different browsers for a couple of days and
things seem to be resolved.
