Error message.
Hi,
I just started an account but am unable to search things.
When I make selections and press search I get a page full of codes and errors. Not sure if it is just me or if this is a problem everyone is experiencing.
I have tried on my computer and my phone... same thing.
Could you advise me on this at all?

Thanks for your email and thanks for letting us know. Our web agency has
been making some updates behind the scenes to our directory, although none
of this was meant to affect our customers searching the Guide, so apologies
for the inconvenience you've experienced. Everything is back in working
order now but please don't hesitate to get in touch if you're still having
