Renewal subscription email
Hi we have an account already and we don't really get enough use out of it tbh,
However I had an email come through and said to renew annual subscription using the TUG21 discount and thought ok we would renew for that being it would save us a little but for somereason it's saying problem as we already have an account????
I have all the details for our account so I'm aware we have our account which is what I was looking at renewing with the discount code bit no joy????
