Refund
Hi there,
I am messaging to request a refund. I had no idea I was on a yearly subscription to the Unsigned Guide. I don't use your services unfortunately and don't recall ever using them.
I noticed an amount of £23.09 come out of my account today, which was confusing to me as I don't remember signing up. Either way, I have now cancelled my subscription and kindly ask that you refund the amount taken from me for this years fee as I don't use your services.
