Hi!
I have just received an invoice receipt for subscription for the unsigned guide. I was not aware to this renewal and no longer wish to subscribe for this service. Please cancel my subscription and refund the payment. Please notify me once this has been completed.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for getting in touch. All access to the Guide is via subscriptions -
either monthly, quarterly or annual, which recur until you advise us to
cancel, or cancel it yourself. This is mentioned on our site and in our
sign-up confirmation and welcome emails.
I have cancelled your monthly subscription now and refunded the last
payment back to you.
